Yes - we take data security seriously and implement strict measures to protect your data. Our security practices include:

• Encryption: All data is encrypted during storage and transmission to prevent unauthorized access.

• Access Controls: Only authorized users (e.g., you and anyone you choose to share your health data with) can access your sensitive health data.

• Cloud Security: Data stored on external servers in the U.S. is hosted by secure cloud service providers with robust security frameworks.

• Data and Model Use: We currently use Azure OpenAI’s GPT models. Your data, chats, and outputs that use GPT models are not available to OpenAI or other customers and are not used to improve OpenAI models. The Azure OpenAI Service is operated by Microsoft as an Azure service; Microsoft hosts the OpenAI models in Microsoft's Azure environment and the Service does NOT interact with any services operated by OpenAI. Our healthcare chat leverages Microsoft’s Healthcare Agent service, which has been trained on verified healthcare resources and provides citations for transparency. We use this as a resource to answer your questions about medical contexts, which is then put in the context of you.
